Novinky Současné (a budoucí) možnosti diagnostiky deficitu alfa-1-antitrypsinu
Deficit alfa-1-antitrypsinu (AAT) je spojen mimo jiné s rozvojem chronické obstrukční plicní nemoci (CHOPN) s emfyzémem. Většina pacientů však zůstává nediagnostikována, a proto se jim nedostává adekvátní léčby. Níže shrnujeme současné možnosti diagnostiky této genetické poruchy.
