Novinky Využití cílené léčby dupilumabem u pacientů s alergickými onemocněními

V patogenezi alergických onemocnění hrají důležitou roli interleukiny (IL) 4 a 13. Jejich blokáda je proto vhodnou strategií u řady těchto stavů. Tu nabízí nová monoklonální protilátka dupilumab (Dupixent), která je schválená v léčbě atopické dermatitidy, astmatu se zánětem typu 2 a chronické rinosinusitidy s nosní polypózou. Probíhají studie, které hodnotí její účinnost i u dalších nemocí, kde dominuje zánět typu 2.

Novinky Kombinace mutačního statusu BRAF a přítomnosti mikrosatelitové nestability u kolorektálního karcinomu

Studie recentně publikovaná v časopisu Cancer Management and Research byla zaměřena na posouzení prognostické hodnoty kombinace mikrosatelitové nestability (MSI) a mutace BRAF V600E u kolorektálního karcinomu (CRC).

Studie, publikovaná v časopise OncoTargets and Therapy, hodnotila účinnost a bezpečnost nové léčebné strategie v léčbě druhé linie u pacientů s metastatickým kolorektálním karcinomem (mCRC), a to kombinace panitumumabu a bevacizumabu s FOLFIRI (irinotekan, 5-fluorouracil, leukovorin).
