Vliv přípravku «Saprogel» na process hojetí ran u potkanů s modelem rány v plné tloušťce

Souhrn

Článek představuje výsledky studie účinnosti a mechanismu účinku Saprogelu na proces hojení ran a pro/antioxidační rovnováhu v séru potkanů ​​s modelem rány v plné tloušťce. Účinek hojení ran testovaných vzorků gelu byl hodnocen na základě dynamiky změny plochy (S) a procentního snížení plochy ran (PRA) ve 3., 7. a 14. dni léčby. Obsah produktů lipidové peroxidace (LPO) a aktivita antioxidačních ochranných enzymů v séru potkanů ​​byla stanovena dynamicky v různých fázích procesu hojení ran u potkanů. Léčba ran rány s plnou tloušťkou u potkanů snížila dobu jejich hojení o 24,5 % (p < 0,05), ale nebyl zaznamenán statisticky významný rozdíl mezi účinkem přípravku «Saprogel» a srovnávacího produktu na dobu hojení ran. Obsah produktů LPO v séru pokanů byl při použití Saprogelu snížen a enzymatická aktivita antioxidační ochrany SOD a CAT byla normalizována, což naznačuje, že jedním z mechanismů hojení ran jsou jeho antioxidační vlastnosti.
