Summary

Pregnancy in patients with congenital heart disease. Thanks to excellent pediatric cardiology in the Czech Republic the number of pregnant patients with congenital heart disease is constantly growing. The article deals with risk stratification of pregnant women with congenital heart disease and suggests an algorithm for their follow up, use of dia­gnostic and therapeutic methods and care in the peripartum period.
