Novinky Sekundární imunodeficience u nemocných s chronickou lymfocytární leukémií
Chronická lymfocytární leukémie (CLL) je v naších podmínkách vůbec nejčastější leukémií. Postihuje zejména starší populaci a je charakterizovaná akumulací klonálních lymfocytů v kostní dřeni, periferní krvi a lymfatických orgánech. Specifickým rysem je velmi variabilní průběh onemocnění s přežíváním v rozsahu od několika málo měsíců až po desítky let, přičemž 30–50 % pacientů nikdy nepotřebuje žádnou léčbu.
