Overview
Communication is prerequisite for succesfull therapy and also for compliance with the seniors. Communication, however, does not take place only directly with seniors, but also with his relatives, or supporting people. It is therefore important to improve communication among healthcare providers to prevent non-compliance in the elderly. In geriatrics can compliance be distinguished to non-farmacological, farmacological, ambulance, constitutional and a specific phenomenon is also social compliance. Importance is also attached to the communication with other workers involved in providing healthcare for seniors.
