Overview

Antiarrhythmic therapy has almost no specifics for each valvular heart disease, but mainly is conditioned by the degree of heart failure in the presence of valvular heart disease. The article elaborated antiarrhythmic treatment strategies of premature beats and the most common sustained arrhythmia –  atrial fibrillation –  in the context of valvular heart disease.

Keywords:
premature beats –  atrial fibrillation –  valvular heart disease –  strategy of antiarrhythmic treatment
