Overview

The authors focused attention on the problem of incorrect charges for sonographic, mammographic, angiograp-hic and cardioangiographic procedures. The most difficult chapter of revision activities is to detect errors inreports hitherto not practised by any health institution. Some mistakes in presentation occur repeatedly evenwhen systematic attention is drawn to them.
