Overview

The author discusses the problem of revision activities of induced care in discipline 816 (haematologicallaboratory) and 222 (transfusion service). He describes the procedure of preparing the revision, the use ofdocuments from the information system. He draws attention to the most frequent errors in presentation andemphasizes that revision activities differ despite the fact that medically close disciplines are involved. Duringrevision of a laboratory department confrontation of permitted procedures in relation to equipment is necessary.It is essential to separate in the presentation the laboratory and clinical part of haematology.
