The author presents an account on control and revision activities in discipline 925 -home care nurse. The mostimportant shortcomings include persisting interrelations of social and health care within the framework of reported home care visits refunded from general health insurance; not justified start of home care by someagencies without previous qualified clearly defined indication by the attending physician and also implementationof simple operations which are the duty of the GPs nurse under codes of home care visits. As regards indicatingphysicians a responsible attitude to evaluation of the expedient and essential character of home care is lacking,as well as its specification and period of its provision , and in particular systematic control of its implementationand effect, incl. written reports on the health status of the patient.
