Churg-Strauss syndrome is a systemic vasculitis characterized by the presence ofasthma, hypereozinophilia and necrotizing vasculitis with extravascular eosinophil granulomas.Paranasal sinus involvement is very frequently observed. The authors describe the case of Churg-Strauss syndrome incl. diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
