The paper deals with effects of medicaments which trigger the transition of mental state. It deals with psychopharmacafrom the point of view of revisory medical officer. The author reminds the tasks of revisory medical officer to follow the efficiency and cost effectiveness of pharmacotherapy and limits in particular medicaments.The medicaments are classified to two basic groups-ATC – N05 and N06.
