Overview
The authors describe two tase-histories of congenital adrenal hyperplasia due to deficiency of 11-beta-hydroxylase. This enzymopathy must be taken finto consideration in childhood hypertension incl. girls with malformation of the external genital. 5ubstitution treatment involves administration of glucocorticoids, mineral corticoids are contraindicated.
