Overview
The authors present original results of cross sectional study focusing on sleep disorders and its treatment in patients hospitalized in sime of inpatient gerontopsychiatric wards of Mental Health Hospital Kroměříž. Management of treatment of sleep disorders is observed (obligatory versus facultative therapy, galenic form of used therapeutic substance, monotherapy versus combined therapy of sleep disorder, potentiation and augmentation of hypnotics by sedative antidepressants or antipsychotics) in context to admission diagnosis and guidelines of sleep disorders treatment.
