Overview

The authors draw attention to incomplete filling in of forms 06-FT. They outline the problem of presentingkinesiological examination by physiotherapists. The repeated character of procedures has not been resolved satisfactorily in all procedures in relation to the medical prescription. They emphasize the importance of theproposed script for revision activities and draw attention to shortcomings of medical documentation.
