Overview
The importance of case history for the establishment of diagnosis is undisputable. In spite of that unsatisfactory attention is paid to its quality and extent even in professional literature. Myoskeletal medicine is based on the therapy, but also on the diagnostics, which is not possible without sufficient case history.
