Mykotické aneuryzma koronární arterie se vyskytuje u méně než 1 % nemocných s infekční endokarditidou a dosudbylo publikováno jen několik případů úspěšné léčby tohoto onemocnění. Prezentován je případ 64letého mužes infekční endokarditidou mitrální chlopně, komplikovanou vznikem mykotického aneuryzmatu pravé koronárníarterie, který byl úspěšně chirurgicky vyléčen.
