Overview

The authors draw attention toHinman’s syndrome, a lower urinary tract dysfunction, which is not due to overtneurological disease or anatomical abnormality (non-neurogenic incoordination between detrusor and externalsphincter). This disorder may result except of clinical manifestation such as incontinence also in severe damage ofthe kidney and urinary tract. Specific features of the disease, its diagnosis and current treatment is discussed basedon their own experience and data in the literature.
