Objective:
The authors demonstrate the case report of the fibrothecoma of the ovary.Design: Case report.Setting: Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Vítkovice Hospital Blahoslavené Marie Antoníny , Ostrava.Method: The case and difficulties in diagnostic procedure of larger fibrothecoma of the ovarywere discussed.Conclusion: The tumor described in this case report ranks among the rare ovarian tumor.
