ANTIMYKOBAKTERIALNI UCINKY PYRROLIDINOETHYLESTERU ALKOXYSUBSTITUOVANÝCH FENYLKARBAMOVÝCH KYSELIN*

Pyrrolidinoethylestery alkoxysubstituovaných fenylkarbamových kyselin, dříve sledované pro lokální anestetickou aktivitu, lze považovat za potenciální antituberkulotika. Jsou účinné in nitro proti Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium kansasii a Mycobacterium avium. Jejich účinek vzrůstá s délkou alkylového řetězce v alkoxyskupině vázané na fenylu. Vliv polohy alkoxylového řetězce na fenylu není příliš výrazný, avšak zdá se, že klesá v řadě m-, p-, o-.
