Overview
The method of capillary isotachophoresis was employed to analyze a cardioplegic solution containingsodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium ions and procainium chloride. The results of ITPmeasurements were compared with the results obtained by means of the standard pharmacopoeialmethods and in the case of alkalis also with the results of AAS. Precision, correctness, linearity, robustness, and selectivity of the ITP were evaluated.
