Overview

Arrhythmias, conductance disturbances and co-morbidities are important aspects of care for patients with heart failure. Arrhythmias and co-morbidities and their treatments can directly influence the course of heart failure. Therefore, they are also addressed in the new (2016) ESC guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic heart failure.
