Overview
For the purposes of validation of the contribution to care, the evaluation in thze Czech Republic started in 2007. The article deals with assessment of the persons from 1st year of life to 18 years by physicians of assessment medicine service in compliance with in te law No. 108/2006 Sb., about social services with amendments, which significantly modified the way of health state evaluation. Moreover, the principles and specificities of evaluation for the child age and statistical data of the evaluated children for the purposes of contribution to care in the Czech Republic during 2007-2013 are discussed considering the practice and presented cases reports.
