Prenatal care from the standpoints of the gynecologist and the revision physician with case reports

Overview

The communication documents the importance of prenatal care for the population, especially for early detection of deviations from a normal course of pregnancy. The list of possible interventions, which can be encountered in revision of prenatal care, is outlined. Conditions, their documentation and relations of the declared interventions to the clinical picture are noticed. The author points out desirability of an agreement on the codes for examination of the fetus heart among health insurance companies. The importance of prenatal care is documented by case reports.
