Lymfangioleiomyomatóza u ženy v menopauze

Lymfangioleiomyomatóza je velmi vzácné plicní onemocnění vyskytující se převážně u žen ve fertilním věku. Vesvětové literatuře bylo publikováno přibližně 160 případů tohoto onemocnění. U žen v menopauze nebo u mužů setoto onemocnění vyskytuje raritně. V našem kazuistickém sdělení uvádíme pozorování 60leté ženy s tímto onemocněním.
