We can reduce the risk of diabetes type 2 manifesting. Based on familiary predisposition, therisk of diabetes manifestation is due to obesity and lack of physical activity. Weight loss hasbeen shown to be an effective means of reducing progression to type 2 diabetes. Combinationstrategy of life style modification with orlistat is more effective in reducing of diabetes type 2.It is necessary to target prevention at the high - risk of diabetes type 2 population.
