Overview
At present an increasing number of people travel and visu climatically, geographically, culturally and socioeconomically different areas where they are faced with certain health risks. If prevention is adequate these risks can be reduced to a minimum. Therefore it is desirable tkat the GP should be able to provide adequate information. This is why the authors present this review of general risks of travel abroad.
