Torakoabdominální radikuloneuropatie jako první symptom diabetes mellitus. Kazuistika

V časné fázi rozvoje diabetes mellitus se vzácně objevuje akutní neuropatie. Autoři demonstrujínemocného, u něhož byla diagnostikována torakoabdominální neuropatie v rozsahu segmentů Th 7–9vlevo suspektní diabetické etiologie na základě EMG nálezu svědčícího pro axonální lézi, a to rok předzjištěním jednoznačných známek diabetu.
