Overview

The authors present the results of treatment in a group of 16 patients with episodic tensioncephalea aged 25 to 68 years to whom they administered tetrazepam -⁠ 25 mg -⁠ Sanofi-Winthrop(tablets) during acute attacks. The combined myorelaxing, analgetic, anxiolytic and anticon-vulsive effect of the drug led to relief as regards the duration and frequency of attacks of tensecephalea in all patients of the group. The preparation causes a low rate of undesirable effectsand its tolerance is good. It reduces thus the consumption of other medication.
