Overview
In case of success, prevention would decrease the mortality caused by tobacco use within 40 years. Prevention is multifactorial and most effective is broad synergy of all of them. First, it is a good comprehensive legislation and other society requirements, family influence, social acceptability of smoking and role of adults as models.
Except of prevention a doctor should offer treatment of tobacco dependence to all smokers, including children and adolescents, even if it might be not very successful in this age.Key words:
