Overview

An anembryomole was detected ultrasonically in the 9th week of pregnancy. Double trisomy 48,XY,+13,+15 was discovered by cytogenetic investigation of embryonic tissue. This finding represents the first case, according to our knowledge, of double trisomy of chromosomes 13 and 15.
