The authors describe the case reportof a 33-years woman accused sexual abuse of two prepubertal daughters. The anamnestic sexological examination as well as vulvoplethysmographic examination revealed the presence of paraphilia in the sense of homosexual pedophilia. The authors draw attention to problems in determining prevalence of paraphilias in women and prevalence of female sexual delinquency.
