The present paper aims to outline the opinion spectrum expressing the attitudes of Czech pharma-cists to the idea of implementation of pharmaceutical care in everyday practice of public pharmacies.Using the Q-method, four different trends in opinions of the respondents were found. This gave anidea of whether and how the idea of pharmaceutical care could be accepted in this country.
