Clinical experience in the use of the infusion fixed combination Neodolpasse (diclofenac/ orphenadrine) in the postoperative period in cardiac surgery patients

Overview

We present five years of experience in the use of Neodolpasse® infusion at the cardiac surgery intermediary units of two hospitals, with case reports. Neodolpasse®infusion is well tolerated, the period of opioid administration was shortened and early rehabilitation initiated. This is not a randomised study, this report is a summary of our clinical experience, appropriate indications, treatment effect and evaluation of possible side effects.
