Acute aortic regurgitation in conditions of Nigeria: case report

Overview
This case report describes case of 38 years old diabetic patient with diabetes mellitus type 2 with acute aortic regurgitation caused by infective endocarditis in Nigeria. It shows limited medical opportunities in diagnostic methods and treatment of this life-threatening condition there and describes unusual patient’s evacuation to cardio-surgery by commercial flight for long distance at high altitude.
