Overview
Author summarizes the possibilities of medical therapy of erectile dysfunction in "complicated" cases, i.e. in patients who do not respond to a basic therapy (phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors, intracavernous therapy with the help of vasoactive substance), or in specific cases (injury or surgery of pelvis, radiotherapy, diabetes mellitus and spinal cord injuries).
