Overview
The authors present a review aimed to the effects of vibration training. They mainly discuss those effects which are supported by studies in the EBM line. In conclusion the authors arrive at the conclusion that most effects declared by the producers of the devices are not sufficiently supported and for a more detailed clarification of the effects of vibration studies, further studies will be necessary.
