Treatment of juvenile angiofibroma of epipharyngx with the intracranial expansionwith the help of locoregional intraarterial chemotherapy is described. Farmorubicin (cytostaticdrug) was applied directly into the highly vascularised tumour by means of carotic angiography.Six sessions of chemotherapy followed with radiotherapy were performed. After this treatmentsignificant regression of tumour was observed with elimination of patient’s complains.
