Wegener’s Granulomatosis. Our Experience with a 16-year Follow-up of a Patient S u m m a r y:
The author presents an account on a patient with Wegener’s granulomatosis who due to the correctly assessed diagnosis and adequate treatment survives for 16 years. The author emphasizes the essential of the cause of a sometimes very varied pathological condition. In a review of the literature he mentions the problem of a major group of vasculitis and among them Wegener’s granulomatosis. He draws attention to inconsistencies in the description of various clinical mani - festations of vasculitis.Key words:
