Přehledový článek se zabývá problematikou postižení jater infekční etiologie. Pozornost je věnována základním infekčním agens, ikteru při infekčních chorobách a ložiskovým infekcím jater. Konkrétní infekce jater doplňuje stručná patologickoanatomická charakteristika.
