Kombinovaná imunosupresivní terapie u pacienta s pemfigus vulgaris a vedlejší účinky léčby

Pemfigus vulgaris je autoimunitní puchýřnaté onemocnění kůže a sliznic, neléčené s vysokou mortalitou, při terapii kortikosteroidy a imunosupresivy se závažnými vedlejšími účinky. Kazuistika popisuje případ pacienta s histologicky verifikovanou diagnózou pemfigus vulgaris, u něhož se stabilizace onemocnění dosáhlo obtížně a již záhy se rozvinuly vedlejší účinky kombinované imunosupresivní terapie.
