Léčba infekce Helicobacter pylori u vředové chorobyžaludku a duodena

Helicobacter pylori je mikroorganizmus významný při patofyziologii vředové choroby a gastritidy. Eradikace tohotomikroorganizmu je účinná k vyléčení infikovaných pacientů. Léčba zahrnuje antisekretorickou léčbu v kombinacise dvěma antibiotiky. Rozhodující činitel pro úspěch léčby je eradikace H. pylori v organizmu. Rezistence naantibiotika se sice může vyskytnout, ale může však být překonána změnou léčebného režimu. Pro lékaře je důležitéznát a ovládnout diagnostiku i příslušnou léčbu infekce Helicobacter pylori.
