Telemedicine Following the Amendment to the Health Services Act The article presents new legal framework for telemedicine introduced by Act No. 240/2024 Coll. and Decree No. 30/2025 on Telemedical Healthcare Services. It focuses on how the amendment defines the telemedicine and what technical requirements it imposes for their provision, including the conditions under which telemedicine may be provided outside the premises of a healthcare facility.
