The aim of this work is to show the system of the one day surgery in the Czech Republic: – the most important is to give this possibility to everybody;
– everybody is able to choose: performing the procedure in the system of one day surgery or the system of hospitalisation; – from the psychological and therapeutic point of view is the system the best for the patients, because of the low rate of the infections and the good psychological feeling: „You will feel with us very good, but with your family better“; – our experiences of two years – 2003 and 2004 are advanced to say – there are a lot of surgical procedures we can perform in the system of one day surgery.
