Overview

Described are patients cathetrized in the authors’ laboratory, in whom there have been diagnosed different forms of inborn anomalies of the coronary arteries. The introduction deals with the anatomy of the coronary bed in the known anomalies and their classification and clinical significance. Discussed are diagnostic options of these states by invasive and non-invasive methods, and mentioned are therapeutic procedures in symptomatic patients.
