Pyoderma gangraenosum (PG) je chronickou dermatózou charakterizovanou progredujícímnekrotizujícím procesem s tvorbou vředu s podminovanými a nafialovělými okraji. Existujesouvislost s řadou celkových onemocnění (systémové choroby pojiva, hematologické abnormity,onemocnění GIT, zejména ulcerózní kolitida aj.). Terapie spočívá v identifikaci a léčení základníchoroby a v celkovém podávání kortikosteroidů. V článku je prezentován případ 38leté pacientkys výše uvedenou diagnózou.
