Ovarian teratocarcinoma is a malignant highly chemosensitive disease. In the submittedcase-record the author demonstrates a case of the disease in a female patient where a combinationof various therapeutic methods was used (surgery, chemotherapy, actinotherapy) anddraws attention also to the social and psychological impact of the disease in young women.
