Overview
Tuberculous ileocolitis is quite a rare disease in our country, which usually presents secondary to pulmonary tuberculosis. We present a case of an 80-year-old patient who was examined for weight loss and anaemia. The endoscopic finding of granulomatous infection of the terminal ileum led to the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.
