Abdominal pain is the most common complain of pediatric patients. To establish the proper diagnosis might be often difficult. The pediatrics patients due to the age are not able to specify the intensity of pain, localisation, the character of pains.
Therefore the final diagnosis is often based on the results of examinations of other specialists mainly surgeons, oncologists, nephrologists, neurologists, gynaecologists and medical specialists.
