Diagnostika obštrukcie pyeloureterálnej junkcie: porovnanie výsledkov dynamickej scintigrafie obličiek s Furosemidom a operačného nálezu

Porovnávané boli výsledky dynamickej scintigrafie obličiek s Furosemidom a operačného nálezu v súbore 38 detí (28 chlapcov a 10 dievčat) vo veku od 19 dní do 3 mesiacov s USG podozrením na obštrukciu pyeloureterálnej junkcie. Dynamická scintigrafia obličiek s Furosemidom dokázala obštrukciu u 26 detí. Operačný nález potvrdil obštrukciu u 25 detí. V jednom prípade sa obštrukcia nenašla. Dynamická scintigrafia obličiek s Furosemidom vylúčila obštrukciu u 12 detí. Jedno dieťa bolo napriek tomu operované. Operácia potvrdila obštrukciu. Na základe výsledkov bola pre dynamickú scintigrafiu obličiek s Furosemidom dokázaná: senzitivita 96 %, špecificita 92 %, pozitívna prediktívna hodnota 96 %, negatívna prediktívna hodnota 92 %.
